      Pros

      Stable company with large portfolio of properties

      Cons

      The owner is unethical and leadership are his puppets. The worst work experience I have ever had. Employee morale is very low. Raises are unheard of. Technology doesn't exist. Lot of turnover and there's a reason why.

      We are sorry your employment with us did not work out. Perhaps, you were here during the "Great Recession," wherein the company survived by making some hard decisions, that DID NOT include having general lay-offs like many of its competitors did.

      Worst experience ever.

      Pros

      I worked at a beautiful site and sold a wonderful product and I was gainfully employed and had a decent health plan.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there is no leadership, direction or guidance. Instead of training, teaching and investing in their employees they tend to belittle and place blame. You are immediately set up for failure and reprimanded when you do. I've never seen anything like it in my entire working career. Worst experience I've ever had; poor culture and no values and that starts with the two front desk receptionist at corporate.

As a growing company we work very hard to be the best we can. It's a continuous process. We also know that we cannot please everyone and obviously were not the right fit for you.       There is absolutely not a single positive thing I could ever say about this property management company or its management.

      Cons

      Most immoral company I am embarrassed to admit I was employed by. They fire people all the time for no absolutely reason.

      This is simply not true. In fact, the percentage of people terminated by Edgewood Properties is probably near the national average, if not a bit lower than that. If someone is let go they always know they were not performing up to company standard and, in advance, given adequate time to improve their job performance - unless gross misconduct is involved, of course. We are very sorry that a former employee let go for not measuring up places the blame elsewhere.
