You want to enter a working CULT, come to Edge!
Pros
- Eye opener for learning how a CULT company brain wash people - Learn that intelligence challenged people are very easy to brain wash, to the extent they don't even know they are being treated in very un-fair way
Cons
- Will be too much content if I write them all, so I just select 3 major problems in Edge 1. Required you to work lot of OT of no proper compensation for extra OT work, even you have worked 30 hours+ for the week 2. People in edge are tend to work in a very selfish way, so they only like to throw the difficult task and responsible to others without providing sufficient information to complete the task. After that they will pick up every little thing afterward to blame that person. 3. Edge people only want to listen positive things inside, so if you are a pragmatic person like me and actually want to improve the company operation, fact based negative feedback should be listened by management and appreciate the person who voice out so that the company could continuous improve and bring bigger value to the market. However, Edge people will raise their temper when you simply just giving a constructive feedback for them to improve. Simply say, any non-positive comments is not really allowed inside Edge. Despite I have 15 years experience in IT industry, I have never seen a company's culture like this. So call them a CULT is the more accurate description I could think of.
