Pros

As a Speech Therapist working with EdTheory in the school system, I have had an enriching experience. The agency provides a supportive and collaborative environment that truly values its employees. I highly recommend EdTheory to any Speech Therapist looking for a fulfilling and supportive work environment in the school system. It's an excellent place to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on the lives of students.

Cons

I do not have any complaints at this time, except that they do not pay as well as onboarding with a school district. They do offer remote positions, though.

Pros

I started working with EdTheory a few months ago as an Associate Director, and it has been an absolute joy so far. The leaders and team members truly embody a strong work ethic while fostering a welcoming, family-like environment. It’s evident that leadership genuinely cares about both the company’s success and the well-being and growth of its people. EdTheory continues to grow and evolve every day, all while remaining true to the mission and values established at its foundation.
