Pros

In 2004, when I started at Eagle Test Ltd. and it was great Then it incorporated, then it was purchased. Then the Eagle Test division of Teradyne was dissolved and Eagle Test became a mere brand name. Teradyne is the pits.

Cons

No innovation allowed. Lots of procedure. Customer-centered to the exclusion of user-centered.

I loved working for Eagle Test systems. There was ample opportunity to learn new things. The people who worked there were great.

Cons

Nothing I can think of. The company was bought by a bigger company and the culture changed.
