Unqualified management, disorganized operations and sales
Pros
This is in a decent industry with good demand for its products. There are some good people there who try hard to do a good job in their role.
Cons
Extremely unqualified and unprofessional people in management who do not have basic office technology skills. This place operates like it's 1995. People are hired and protected because of who they are married to or who they are friends with. Very dysfunctional work environment with constant complaining by people who should be setting leadership examples, which is ugly and terrible for morale, but this seems to be the "cultural language" to complain. There are employees that throw temper tantrums and don't get along with anyone who are coddled which makes no sense. They have production challenges and are constantly struggling to get things off the line and also fix problems with what comes off the line (... more than seems normal for a manufacturer).
