      Strong values, poor execution

      Pros

      The company is debt free; they don't have stakeholders and drive their own direction.

      Cons

      Two of the three owners are amazing, and I enjoyed working for them. The third is a difficult man to work with and for. He will blame his mistakes on you and many (7) people left the company during my time there because of him. For this one reason, I cannot recommend anyone working for this company, which is unfortunate. The environment can get extremely toxic and turn fast.

      toxic leadership, toxic management, toxic everything. please don't waste your time with this place. just run.

It's not an environment that works for everyone and I sincerely hope that you find a position that is more suited for your personal needs and career goals.
