Pros

Decent pay but they are very unorganized and have no experience with bringing in people from outside their company.

Cons

Training is non existent and HR along with upper management can not, or will not provide any support or feedback.

Pros

Most people were very friendly. Very flexible with time off. They do a fair amount of cross training so you can learn how to do many different jobs in a manufacturing setting. Have employee luncheons monthly

Cons

Pay No advancement opportunities Many people can do many different job in the facility however they are not compensated for all of the things they know how to do. If you aren't well liked you will be passed up for promotions despite meeting job qualifications.

They give employees branded items frequently such as tote bags, backpacks, hats, stanleys

Cons

Extremely religious owner... to the point it's creepy. Almost non existent training sets new employees up to fail. The worst HR I have experienced. You name it, it's bad.
