The employees and some managers are amazing and feel like family.

Cons

The merge with Bell and the other acquisitions of Bell changed the whole dynamic. Its not the same as before, would not recommend anymore.

When I worked there the staff was friendly, installations were very clean and well-maintained.

Cons

The conditions of work were very strict later in life I noticed that might just be the average conditions in a call center.
