Pros

Breakroom- full kitchen Get Hired Easily

Cons

When introduced to the few office staff, most did not even say Hi back. Completely an unwelcoming office environment. I agree 100% with the comments left by the previous reviewer. Management tells you everything that you want to hear in order to hire you: benefits, there are opportunities to move up, a lot of projects that you will be able to collaborate in, and we are a calm environment. There is no formal introductory training which caught me off guard. There is no official training manual which I thought was uncommon and unheard of.. They throw you into the position without having a clear cut job description and duties which you learn on the spot and independently. The job description that I applied for online did not match the actual duties of the position which is unfortunate. Again, like below, it is answering the phones, rearranging data online, and using outdated technologies. I felt completely offended by the equipment that I was provided. Dirty keyboard with lay crumbs and long 3 inches white hairs embedded within the device. It was below satisfactory and unfortunately my home computer is more modern than what they offered me at my desk. $13 an hour. Honestly not even worth your time.

Pros

Break room upstairs is very comfortable

Cons

- Company is incredibly small and there is no collaboration with coworkers - A lot of restrictions: especially for talking (can only talk to HR for help with work) - Management is poor, the delegation of work is incredibly uneven and illogical and there is minimal trust in new employees - Extremely rigid: the company claims during the interview process that there are many opportunities to handle different projects, but your work will mostly consist of inefficient data entry, answering phones, and faxing phone numbers - Outdated software: I didn't think I wouldn't be allowed to update Microsoft Office, all the versions are from 2003 and applications like Google Chrome and Firefox run so slow due to use of early 2000s monitors. Fax machines are also slightly broken but no one will fix it - Turnover rate is high, it just overall feels so uncomfortable working there since half the time it's basically gruntwork - No advancement in career or professional growth. If they like how you do the work, you don't move up period
