Squeezes human capital to the limit

Pros

Bonding with bright colleagues due to hardship. Learning creative methods of meditation due to immense stress levels.

Cons

Employees treated a pawns, “a chess piece of smallest size and value”. Everyone and anyone is disposable at anytime, no matter how much one has ever contributed to the company. Witnessed great people leave in hoards (esp those who brought the company to its peak) since the day I joined.

Pros

fast paced business and good people to work with.

Cons

Not much flexibility in being creative as business is all top down from senior management. Crazy workloads with no reasonable timeline. And no talent development plan.
