Pros
-Casual work environment. -High emphasis on culture and having fun together. -Attracts a lot of smart people with good ideas. -The product they sell is well thought out and developed.
Cons
-Their obsession on work culture ends up causing a toxic and co-dependent work environment. -The amount of overtime required with zero compensation (monetary or time in lieu) is completely criminal. -Communication with employees is non existent. -They encourage goal setting/planning and yet do not provide any kind of real support for achieving those goals. -The fact that there is no actual structure when it comes to top level management is to their detriment. Just ends up causing arguments amongst the founders. -Their employee turn over rate is astounding. -Employee compensation is wildly disparate and undervalue many. -They seem to think they are above their clients. -The founders attitudes and maturity level is akin to high school -Inter-office communication is extraordinarily racist, sexist and insulting that they actually have to wipe the chat history every day
