There's a Mafia in there only the loved ones of the owner will make money the rest can expect minimum wage or nothing.

good training, tools and resources to make good money, if you consider only 35% or 25% of full commission worthy ;) oh and you can make great money! out of a $1000 commission check you will see probably $350 or $250 ;)

Cons

owners are sharks. they don't care about you. only about money. they will lie to your face and go do other things behind your back. i have seen it many times and still see it because i work here still, they think they are slick, but the guys who run the place may need to reconsider how to keep employees. since so many of their former golden boys left because they knew they were basically stealing from their salesmen. no loyalty whatsoever at this office. lots of shadiness.
