True Startup culture with great opportunities to work in cutting edge R&D and that too staying in India which is almost impossible in any Indian team of big companies. Wide exposure in entire VLSI domain. Ideal place to start a career. Encouraging management people.

Onsite work as and when required 5. Very good mentoring from experienced people 6. Outings and company parties help to build team relations 7. Good performance is rewarded through bonuses

1. HR department takes long time to respond to employee queries 2. Annual leaves are less and recently work-from-home option has been restricted 3. Salary compensation is less compared to larger companies 4. Project schedules are a lot tighter than industry standards. Be prepared for working under pressure closer to project deadlines. 5. Weak business presence in emerging technology markets
