Pros

Good Sales Managers. Youll learm a lot from Andrew. Only good part. the Upper management is corrupt and use criminal business practices.

Cons

Criminal activity in the business practices at this place BIG TIME. Employees are encouraged to lie about the contract and withhold info from customers by the GM. People are told to not tell customers it's a lease. Also, customers will end up paying over 15k for a 2003 vehicle. the warranty is maneuvered in a way that it is entirely irrelevant and customers will find themselves in a never ending rut because their car will break and they'll be contractually forced to start a new contract (must see 3 years through ). The people who work here try their best. Sales and Collections have good managers who would thrive in a normal environment, but this is far from normal. Sales commissions have been sliced and diced to the point where it's likely you'll see months making only 1450. You.need to get 22 cars out to see comission, but marketing purposely fluctuates the customer flow in order to hurt the salesmen. Do yourself a favor and RUN away. You can't make good money here and hard/great work will not see returns. Go work for a real car dealership.

A wild ride to be sure

Pros

Pay was decent but ultimately underpaid in reference to comparable positions in the industry. ..Did some traveling had a great time on business trip.

Cons

Too many too list unfortunately....Have to work every Saturday, Drive and the traffic horrendous...Too many knee jerk decisions by ownership....Was told it would take me 6 months to learn the job (I was later terminated after 7 months) ..Horrific service issues with the vehicles we leased....Horrendous Turnover....Too many management changes...very hard for the veteran employees to take any new management seriously when they get let go every 6 months...Management decisions are constantly superseded and countermanded by ownership....Collections people were forced to handle service issues and was a tremendous strain on the department and took time and production away from the departments primary task

Good entry level sales

Pros

Fun co-workers and middle management. Decent pay, good entry level sales job. Its often an easy going, fun environment at work, coworkers get along well and get together outside of work. Manager is knowledgeable and understanding of any circumstances that might happen if you need time off/run late, etc.

Cons

Small benefits, need a lot of sales to make good commission. Customer base is largely high-risk, sometimes make job difficult.
