      Nice benefits, but leadership instability that has hopefully ended

      Pros

      Remote working, good benefits, some good senior hires.

      Cons

      There was a lot of churn at the top - multiple CEOs in a short time. The strategy was not so cohesive and there was needless cash burn.

      Amazing people outside of C Suite Awesome office

      Cons

      The most toxic environment I have ever worked. Leaders are all political and operating with their own interests in mind. Those trying to make change are diminished or pushed out.

      Pros

      The snacks and office views are unbelievable. I also like the lunch stipend, definitely highlights in the day. Everyone is nice.

      Cons

      I'm not going to sugarcoat that the company has had a lot of change but I have liked the new Product leadership so far. The pace continues to be a challenge and I'm working a lot of hours.
