      There are no pros. Overworked and neglected. NO growth road as top down politics exist and there is too much of favoritism.

      Cons

      Under paid - neglected - political view on every small stuff - no growth opportunities - Overworked with credit and no focus on people growth.

      Pros

      Best work culture! Very clear and specific on team and company goals. A very friendly environment. Freshers are encouraged and supported by the managers. A great learning experience for me! I have personally witnessed my own growth in the company in a span of 2 years from an Associate to an Assistant Manager.
