Job role interested me, however easily found elsewhere.
Cons
Staff numbers declined every year due to mass cullings of staff since Covid times. This caused an incredibly high staff turnover rate. Long term employees pushed out in favour of cheap labour alternatives.
Heads of department structure introduced, but really not up to the job. Very weak heads of department and directors in buying and sales departments in particular.
