Cons
Everything else. Ops especially, management style and company spending isn’t exactly in line with the requirements. The only person in the company who actually understands the business and the ideas is the CEO.

Salary gets good with service on top but does not meet expectations given on interview.
Cons
Ops run the place badly and all its talk about is numbers. Lack of training. Bad site conditions for the level of sales. A lot of furniture moving and late closings with lack of staff. Staff burn out. No reviews, feedback or incentives for management. Lack of HR and support. Lack of work life balance. Hours well over contract with no extra pay. Staff turnover extremely high.
