Pros

Tech leadership in market place, Lean management group, international presence, and great staff to work with. Its a great place

Cons

Starved of operating capital, was in SEC public company which came with constraints and the telecom industry is currently being commodities thus driving margin out of industry which sniffles growth options and sallaries
