- Decent culture - Friendly coworkers - 9 hours Mon-Thurs and Friday half days - Great head office location

Cons

- Management is stuck in the past, antiquated hybrid work policy - Physical office environment is poor: chairs are uncomfortable, desks are small, there is absolutely no privacy (leading to distractions and difficulty focusing), good height-adjustable monitors are not provided, the place doesn't seem like it's been touched for 30 years (at least for average employees - the offices seem newer)
