Nice perks but a toxic work environment and high turnover

Some very nice old school full service perks - breakfast and lunch and dry cleaning, etc.

Cons

The turnover rate is extremely high, even for the hospitality industry. The main reason seems to be that the working environment is not pleasant or supportive. Management seems very brittle and not happy. It is never a happy or pleasant place to be. The physical location of the office was in a basement, no light, cold and damp.

Unless you're a favourite, you won't really go far in the comapny Only care about budgets rather than the people who are working hard for the company
