- Inexperienced Leadership – Many department heads are first-time managers, and there’s a noticeable lack of strong leadership. This leads to reactive decision-making and inefficiencies, and not working on solving BIG problems that really move the needle.
- Overworked & Stressed Culture – Leadership seems overwhelmed and resistant to feedback, making it difficult to implement better processes.
- Lack of Clear Goals & Vision – There isn't much transparency around the company's north star metric or overarching objectives, which makes it harder to align work strategically.
- Talent - Keeper seems to hire early career people, so there's a lack of really experienced and tenured people. I can see that younger career folks are hungry, but we also need to balance with great operators who've had successful before.
