      Thank you for your feedback. We have made adjustments to our pay bands so that we can match or even beat some of our competitors. Additionally, we have a development path that offers the opportunity to make more money, by either becoming a trainer or entry-level manager.       Very Stressful, not rewarding

      You get a lot of flexibility with this job, they work around your schedule at all times

      Cons

      The company is downsizing so there's more on your plate in terms of work you have to do . There are a lot of busy days and you're not allowed to receive personal tips nor are you commended for doing lots of work
