      Easy work, decent pay, incentives possible, paid holidays

      Good pay, good benefits, flexible schedule

      Cons

      You'll feel like you're back in high school with all the drama. Doesn't matter how hard you work... only matters if you do enough sucking up to the right people. They should replace ALL of leadership and start from scratch.

      The management there is awful been there for 20+ years I’d imagine that’s why it’s awful too much dictator ship and not enough variety in the thought process, There is no clear path to success it’s just go go go and hope for the best
