      Pros

      Friendly, interesting co-workers who are highly skilled and invested in their work. Very high level of autonomy. Comfortable stylish office. Exposure to fantastic projects. Great place to work if you're interested in design, architecture, or building science.

      Cons

      Small firm with few employees, so individual personalities can be felt strongly. Company culture is experiencing some growing pains as leadership develops some needed structures.

      They are lucky enough to be building designs from some prominent architects and designers

      Cons

      Below the surface this place is just another mismanaged construction company. Poor executive management experience, no experienced HR, the company is a whimsical toy of the distracted owner.
