Pros
Good food. You got 50% off on one meal a shift and 100% off one meal if you worked over 8 hours that day. Boss was generally understandable about requesting time off work.
Cons
They hired me on as a bartender telling me that I would make roughly $24 an hour. Once hired I found out that we got $2 an hour + tips that would average out at roughly $16 an hour with maybe one day every two weeks that we made $24 an hour in a day. Tips were split if you had two bartenders on the floor at once and it would DRASTICALLY impact your pay. You were constantly alone on the floor doing the job of a server, busser, and a bartender all at the same time.
