Business outlook
Pros
The atmosphere and co-workers were pretty great to work with. Customers were pretty nice and the tips were decent as well as the work hours. Shift beers were definitely a plus after work.
Cons
Management and ownership were HORRIBLE, and had no actual experience running a quick-service restaurant! They would constantly lie to you and talk behind your back. Makes me wonder how the corporate stores operate. No room to advance since they only promoted idiots that knew nothing about customer service or how to handle an angry guest.
