      Work from home and weekends

      Cons

      Extremely high standards and workload that does not coincide with the title. Lack of communication, integrity and knowledge of the field. Normally translators should be getting paid $20/hr to start, oppose to $16/hr. Was told my experience and knowledge is not a good fit for the company.

      Pros

      They will work around your schedule if you're a student. Really great group of people to work with. Management knows how to reward their employees.

      Cons

      Tedious work at times, especially when you are taking calls from tech inept school administrators. The workload can seem overwhelming, but that's the case with any job.
