      Pros

      People are friendly and dedicated.

      Cons

      Position and department siloes prevent individuals understanding the overall process of applicant tracking, hiring, maintaining employees, paying and time keeping. This causes teammates to work harder not smarter.

      Pros

      Excellent company, good pay, great benefits (but very expensive). Enjoy the work and the people.

      Cons

      As a government contractor, money was always an issue. No promotional opportunities. Always challenged to do more with less. Poor planning; projects were just assigned without regard to other projects on your desk. If you were able to get good results on your projects, you were rewarded with more projects.

      Pros

      - Everyone is very nice and pleasant. - Great place to learn new systems or applications.

      Cons

      - For the work and stress that everyone is under the compensation is low. - The Security department drives the whole IT organization and does not give any regard to the changes or timelines they require. - Management does not appear to have any weight in the above decisions.
