      Pros

      DMSi is a great organization that really cares about its employees. As a smaller company, you really begin to feel like your co-workers are part of your family. Still offer competitive pay paired with an incredible culture. Keep it up DMSi!

      Cons

      The only downside is that being a smaller organization, the hierarchy is fairly flat. Meaning that if "climbing the ladder" is important to you, you may have to wait (it's worth the wait).
