      As a boutique multi disciplinary engineering firm it provides an opportunity to work on diverse disciplines of civil engineering. Individuals get an opportunity to use their innovative thinking and problem solving skills. Any achievements are given due credit.

      Cons

      As a small company one has to be thorough with their own work, learn new concepts through self study. Project engineers are required to work on details in addition to conceptual stage. One has to be updating their knowledge in codes new developments.

      management appreciate your response. Pay rate of employee is decided by the employee not by the employer. DESI has been adjusting pay rate based on inflation, performance and staff achievements. Payrate is adjusted whenever a discrepancy present is brought to the attention of the management. Full facts are to be looked into in this matter. hours of operation depend on the efficiency and knowledge of individual.
