      Pros

      Not a single redeeming quality to this company...under paid overworked unqualified upper management. Raises (if you get one) come in the form of literal pennies. Claim to have an open door policy yet hr won’t speak with you unless you have an appointment. They try to put out an image that they actually care about employees but you’re nothing more than a number here. They have company cookouts to put on the front that they actually care, but all it is is slapping a soggy bandage on a much bigger problem. Don’t expect any advancement plain and simple you’ll spend your first day in the same place you’ll spend your last. High turnover rate says all you need to know. Any positive review written on glass door is written by them, I’ve personally seen it happen. The sad part is their heads are so deep in the sand they don’t even realize their short comings.

Pay increases in "pennies" does not align with our compensation philosophy/strategy. We have mid/annual performance reviews, consistently review our compensation/benefits and offer an annual bonus for team/individual performance. Our employee events/celebrations are well received and allow our employees to relax, have fun and know they are highly valued! Employees sharing experiences via Glassdoor (where all reviews are expressly written by registered members) allows employees to re-affirm positive attributes while expressing thoughtful concerns. Honest, transparent feedback helps us improve! We urge you take the opportunity to speak to any member of Leadership or HR and clearly communicate your individual concerns so we can work collaboratively to improve your employee experience.

      This ship is sinking fast!

      Pros

      -The people who work here are awesome! Well, the ones that are left at least - employees are dropping like flies!! -New facilities are just ok, new "open concept" layout is disruptive - great place for learning since they strictly hire unqualified people so that they can pay them poorly. Are you inexperienced and/or clueless and also hate being paid a fair, livable wage? Then this is the company for you! - pretty ok health insurance package

      Cons

      - By far the worst, most unprofessional HR department I have ever seen. They will lie to your face, have unfair hiring practices and are just downright unfriendly. They recently hired one of their own husbands for a newly created remote graphic design position. How convenient!! Also worth noting that every positive review on this page is written by HR (this is a fact, and I guarantee the day this one is posted, another fake positive review will be added) - Ridiculously unqualified upper management - it's the blind leading the blind around here! -no bonus or incentive structure. Employees who go bust their jumps going above and beyond are "awarded" donuts and a $25 gift card. - mass exodus! Things are so bad that all of the young, smart talented employees (minus myself) have left for greener pastures (heck the landfill next door to their facilities has greener pastures!!) Morale is in the toilet and so is this company's future.

      Run!!! TAKKT purchased this company a few years back, worst thing to happen to what was a great company!

      TAKKT NOW OWNS....They use people! Employess and some Managers got them through a new computer system , training new coworkers, New Phone system, moving of warehouses, moving of business then fired everyone of them.
