Good room for growth within other divisions of the company. Strong company moral and good work life balance.

Cons

Limited opportunity to grow within the dental platform, but if you are looking to get in, gain knowledge and/or content in the current Territory Manager role, Philips may be the company for you.

Generous PTO and company vehicle policy is excellent. Genuinely some really good people here as well, just none of them ever get promoted.

Cons

Poor leadership Poor diversity Despite toothbrush sales make up 50% of business model, toothbrush sales dwindle because of retail. In majority of cases it makes zero sense to sell into DPs. Culture throughout is terrible, very silo'd organization. This division in particular has no desire to become better.
