* Using very old technology * Salary not on time it's take more than 15 days or some times 20 days * increment process processes takes too much time 3-4 months to take decision after completion of appraisal meeting * Management listens to only one person * Alternate Saturday working * No Flexible time * late coming not allowed if you are worked more than working hours doesn't meter. * No job security policies sign the forcefully resign latter with employee without any Intimation time and without any reason * Cost cutting issue

Delay in salary. We have observed for sometime about the negative environment in the Discus IT. There is a one lead who rather than giving opportunity is stagnating the growth and opportunity. We don't get chance to work new project work. he takes the credit for our good work and provides negative feedback of us to management. This is really frustrating as we do not get to work in environment which is work friendly and impacts our productivity and motivation to work.
