      Pros

      Employee benefits. WFH policy. Rewards employees when there is a high month (go-karting, beach days, dinners etc).

      Cons

      Not a professional workplace, staff, and even leadership make derogatory remarks and inappropriate jokes throughout the office, which can make someone feel uncomfortable and create a hostile work environment. Certain people in administration do not pull their weight and think that the WFH policy rules don’t apply to them.
