      lot of favoritism, if they see you finish your work early they give you more clients, if they like you, looks like they give you less clients, if your quiet they will hate you or get yelled at to embarrass you, or report you for making a mistake - audit clerk area

      Easy work. mindless monotonous work.

      Cons

      Management is rude to employees. Can ask questions without being belittled. Management gives their friends who are employees preferential treatment and allow them to miss quotas. Toxic work culture.
