Bad management ruins good employees

Pros

Pay is decent. All around employees are good. Everyone will lend a helping hand to get things done that need to be done.

Cons

Your input is never important, ever! Management has no idea what anyone's position and what their job duties are. Management always look to find who's fault it is or who is to blame instead of how to resolve the issue.

Pros

People for the most part are rather pleasant. Job is easy to learn. When it's busy, it's really busy.

Cons

Company is a little too large. Could not get much of a chance to expand my knowledge base.
