Let me explain to you what direct components is. Direct components went through a few really good years solely due to COVID 19 and shortages. This allowed for certain individuals to insert themselves in the company, these individuals proceeded to fire indiscriminately and rehire surrounding themselves with the infrastructure they needed to continue to practice the most atrocious business management practices anyone could have imagined. From the complete lack of respect towards employees, to just horrible strategies and misaligned goals to the companies current realities. Furthermore, this newly founded leadership environment is only designed to allow all these mismanagement practices while staying barely in line with labor law compliance. This company has attracted amazing talent, but looses it just as fast as they walk in the door. Because the pay is too low, regardless of the position you hold, and the complete lack of respect and encouraged negative behaviors. Please be advised, company culture is not rooted in free snacks, it’s simply rooted in trust, which you will not find within the confines of this facility as it once had. The only achievements your leadership can replicate is the creation of competitors. Anyone with common sense could realize that there has to be something intrinsically wrong with the way this company is managed and people are treated. Questions for management: Is money really that important to you, that you have allowed yourself to destroy and damage so many peoples lives? How do you sleep at night after all your actions? How much longer do you think you can continue before you pack your bags or an army of lawyers knock on your door? How much longer do you think you can continue over promising and under delivering
