The salary packages are higher comparing with other companies.

Cons

No job security, More of politics, Poor Management and HR policies. You may survive for years if you have good deeds with old uneducated people, but you cannot survive for more than 2 months if you have your own standing opinion and way to work. Without any notice, the company kicks off its employees.
