I literally can't think of any.
Cons
1. Lousy pay. 2. Nonexistent benefits. 3. Incompetent staff doing core operations overseas with NO situational awareness about working life in the USA. 4. Zero people skills. I was terminated in a widespread layoff without warning via an e-mail to my home fifteen minutes after the end of the day.
