Pros
Good exposure to the cutting edge technology. Excellent location, small but very smart and friendly team. Free drinks and quiz from time to time. Competitive remuneration. You'll be constantly busy as there are lots of interesting things to do.
Cons
Sometimes lots of unpaid after hours work (compensated by the good salary and flexible arrangements though). You are also required to do conference calls with the office in Ireland from time to time (-11 hours timezone from Melbourne). WFH arrangements used to be great but now is a privilege in Melbourne, based on line manager's discretion. You have to notify your manager when you are going to WFH in advance.
