- The company (upper management) shows absolutely no loyalty to it's employees. It's all about the almighty DOLLAR.
- People promoted then demoted within months because they never received training to do the job they were moved in to.
- Positions constantly being outsourced outside of the US instead of creating jobs for americans (see above)
- Senior management's complete and utter lack of interest in the welfare of it's employees - demonstrated by not addressing the fact that there is a constant stream of employees doing drugs in their cars over their lunch - breaks. Complaints about this go unheeded.
- No HR department onsite to direct complaints to (see above)
- Senior management doesn't seem to know even the basics of what we sell which causes a lot of confusion in the workplace.
- Long term employees could benefit from ongoing and refresher training courses more often.
