Pros
I joined as a fresher, and it's already been 3 years working with DWS. Still loving it! - Fond of the work environment and the people. - Got a super cool CEO, who has been a great mentor to me and trusted me with doing great things. - Got lots of opportunities and exposure to new roles and responsibilities. - Flexible working hours, plus the management is very cool about work from homes & leave requests too - Great work culture. You can take quick breaks anytime, go down in the basement to chill or play a game of pool or table tennis
Cons
Don't like the tea they serve. Too sweet for me maybe :) Would recommend going for coffee instead
