Pros
I had a great time working here, the teams and seniors are very supportive and encouraging our self-growth. We always work in a positive environment. The higher-ups are open to feedback, and willing to make changes while considering our input. Overall, it was a life-changing opportunity. I recommend others to work here.
Cons
If I could say, maybe the difficulty is on the tight deadlines at times. Sometimes it's late at night or outside working hours based on the clients' request. Nevertheless, it's quite a worthy tradeoff for the flexible working hours.
