Pros

Strong bonds with employees that are not at the management or senior level.

Cons

DR is like the 2020 election rigged. If you have desires of growth, this company is not for you. The ballot box is already stuffed. It’s more like a dictatorship. They give employees empty promises and a false sense of hope for leadership opportunities when they have already made decisions internally. It gets better… They only promote those to leadership opportunities of whom they don’t see as a threat. The less qualified and more passive you are the more opportunity there is to become a senior or manager with a pathetic pay increase. You’re a pawn in the game. You’re stepped on and overworked by other team members so they can take all the credit and become more successful in their careers. So, if you are looking for a 1900’s subservient lifestyle of cooking and cleaning for the management men that are out of touch with what is actually going on in the industry, than this is a great opportunity for you. If you are driven and hoping to move the company in the right direction, shooting yourself in the foot is more pleasurable. I suggest finding a job elsewhere, because you’ll go emotionally and professionally backwards with the middle school games that spawn. Just remember, if you died tomorrow they would replace you with a intern or entry level employee with no hesitation.

Digital Resource Response

Hi, I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, however, I do wish you had left more objective details. While I normally would like to respond to reviews point by point, it is a little difficult with this one. Between the election talk, comparison to the 1900s and comparing our diverse leadership team, specifically referring to the talented and driven women on that team as being "subservient lifestyle of cooking and cleaning for the management men", I just can't help but be offended that you would describe your own former team members like that. If you weren't happy in your time with us, I would like to know what we could do differently. If we were not a fit for you, we can respect that. What I can't do is tolerate the disrespect shown to our team members in this review. I wish you success and hope you receive more respect for your accomplishments than you have chosen to show your former team members just for the sake of wanting to leave a negative review despite being given every opportunity to succeed. It does make me wonder why that is. Leaving a negative review is one thing if it is objective, leaving one like this just seems concerning for what the motivation behind it is. Currently, our management team is diverse and full of driven individuals who are making a difference not only in our company but in the careers of the team members they manage. They have been given the opportunity to grow with us and show what they can do, and they have taken those opportunities and not only challenged themselves and grown professionally, they have also created the opportunities for members of their teams to become leaders and grow as professionals as well. As with everyone who has worked with us, in the past and currently, we do wish you to be successful in your career and that you may find a path that gives you the professional and personal satisfaction that allows each individual to realize their full potential.

Pros

You can get experience from working here. You get a parking pass for the garage.

Cons

The problem with Digital Resource is that it is all smoke and mirrors. They preach communication and transparency, but don’t deliver. They care more about google business profile (google my business) reviews to put up the front of “everything is great.” However, if you read the reviews, it’s employees that are asked to leave 5 star reviews when they first start working there because they don’t know what’s to come. It’s more about appearances rather than fixing issues at root that are so blatantly obvious, starting with management. There are constant scare tactics that are used on employees, and raising your concerns is not an option as it will only be used against you. Management does not care about your professional development or career. They care about pushing you to your workload limits with little to no compensation. They will try and say “we promote from within for higher positions” but that’s because qualified individuals will see through the toxic environment at hand. While management has stayed with the same faces throughout time, its employees are were we see the constant revolving door. It’s important to know that you will probably not advance in this company unless you want to live in constant anguish. Working here will give you experience but it’s best to immediately start applying for other jobs, because you will not want to be here for more than 1 year. Account Management has had several issues with the revolving door factor, that it affects clients. Clients are unhappy with the constant change in their account manager that even the clients can see pass the smoke and mirrors. Human Resources is basically payroll at best, with no work done in that department other than payroll and adding job positing for the never ending search for team members; because brining it back - revolving door. Human Resources will claim it has experience, having worked for big companies but, any seasoned employee will see right through that. This is why they hire people straight out of college, naive graduates. Benefits, what benefits? The inability of affordable healthcare because again, Human Resources at best, just payroll rather than trying to get the best affordable healthcare for their employees. Or any benefits at that. Oh yea and you can spin the wheel? For coffee and breakfast? Bring your dog to the office??? Buyer beware, really think twice about working here and proceed with caution.
