Pros
Open and Honest Work Atmosphere Work from Home Flexible Work Hours
Cons
No real cons to point out.
Pros
Digital Position offers the basic 'nice to haves' when job searching like flexible hours, a remote position, a nice PTO package, etc. But while many companies hide a terrible environment behind those flashy perks, DP actually values the principles behind them. It's a great company that cares about you, your personal goals, and your career growth. It's the kind of place that will provide a multitude of opportunities to you and if you work hard to capitalize on them you'll be rewarded accordingly. Culture is important here and is top of mind for management when hiring. The staff is comprised of individuals who love to have fun, work hard and live with integrity... and they also happen to be insanely good at their jobs. But that shouldn't scare away entry-level employees. Many of us didn't come to DP as rockstars in our respective roles. The atmosphere here encourages you to always try your best and learn from your failures. In my situation, I thought coming to DP was a little bit of a risk. But in hindsight, it was the best career decision I have ever made.
Cons
Not having cons sounds too good to be true, but DP is always addressing any employee complaints and working to find solutions.
