Pros

Free coffee/tea. Facility is clean, quiet, and very large. Bathrooms are very clean. Showers at facility.

Cons

"You are not here to enjoy yourself, you are here to work." -Quote from management. Extremely rare that an employee is fired. Instead of being fired you will receive a new job offer that has a different title and lower pay than your previous job, essentially forcing you to quit. Pay is extremely low. Most people take a job here due to desperation.Zero opportunity to advance your position in the company. This company will destroy any motivation that you have as an individual. No collaborating with coworkers. Decent work, acceptable work, good work, and amazing work are all compensated and recognized exactly the same. Company hires young people, or people with little experience, because they are gullible and easy to take advantage of. Problems are never permanently solved, only solved temporarily with "band-aids." Birthday celebrations are like that scene in Office Space...

Pros

Most of my coworkers are really nice. Depending on what department your in, there’s room for growth. If upper management likes you, they will promote you quickly.

Cons

It has been 2 months since the Glassdoor drama (which was not just online but also affected the way upper management treated everyone else in a very negative manner) and company meeting, 1 month since annual performance reviews, and 1 week since the global sales planning meeting. Nothing has changed except there is slightly more vacation days after the second year of employment but you still can’t take vacation for the first 6 months, and the people who really benefited from the increased vacation are people who have more than 10 years AKA the executives. Communication is still a big problem, and salary is way under market value still even though some people got .50-1$ raises which is a joke in its own right. Upper management is always saying (and the review that clearly came from upper management) that if you don’t like it here go somewhere else. Several great people have already left because they were treated poorly and weren’t compensated properly compared to how much they do. Don’t be surprised when more people follow their footsteps and leave.
