Minimum of micro managing, friendly environment.

Cons

- No proper SOP - Didn't even bother to remind monthly payment of hotel advertising when clients signed up for. - The bosses & management had no clue of running an operation of the company. - Management didn't want to listen any feedbacks or concerns that employees have.

The best part of this company is that I don't work there anymore.

Cons

The entire story is a lie and when I was there it was as if no one in management or on the desk even cared. I'd say selling penny stocks would be a more honest job.
