      Some friendly coworkers. Good annual parties (sometimes). Good training.

      Cons

      Doesn't matter how hard you work, how loyal, honest you are, if you are not part of the favorited clique of people (which requires a lot of sucking up), then you can be kicked out today or tomorrow. The leaders will find a way of doing so if they really want to. Too much politics, backstabbing, and working out how you "underperformed," and this comment comes from someone who used to really love the company when I started, who was loyal and hardworking with good skills up till the very end.
