Pros

very good benefits, some nice company events, nice office building and free parking alot of cheap food around office office location is in residential area so not too congested your friends will pretend to care about your job because they will ask "eh got discount for phone ah?"

Cons

- Lack of respect (not for the faint-hearted) - Bad work life balance (you need to experience it yourself to believe it) - Poor management (now this is not avoidable. its almost a company culture) - Politics (need to read art of war to excel here)

Pros

Location in the suburb of Subang, no need to dress formally, subsidiary of Norwegian State owned Telco

Cons

Management not up to the mark; no career development; downsizing; in a sunset industry; the longer you stay the bigger the liability; forever needing new blood except in management where the older the blood the better it is.

Good environment but bad management

Pros

Nice area. They invest alot of money to do up the place, renovation etc to make employees comfortable. They try hard to emulate Google but still a little far from that. They practice no cubicle concept, you can sit anywhere you want. They have 2 restaurants inside the premises and a lot of parties for launch, festivals, you name it.

Cons

Some managers are great, others are downright terrible. One section head thought she knows everything and was great in buttering up the bosses, but never gave clear directions to the team. As a result, old timers under her resigned and new people coming under her also resign just before their confirmation. The management attributes this simply to the turnover ratio but I don't think they got to the root cause. Other management who was directly involved in projects always changed their minds - today they will tell you they want something and tomorrow they will lash out at you for giving them exactly what they asked for.
